2. INFORMATION AND CONSENT

By reading this Privacy Policy, the User is informed about the way that Iberosur collects, processes and protects the personal data that is provided through the website www.iberosur.com (hereinafter, the " website ”), through the Iberosur App (hereinafter, the“ App ”), as well as those related to your connection and navigation through the Website (hereinafter,“ navigation ”) and those other data that may provide Iberosur in the future through the request for information or reservation or any other authorized means.

The User must carefully read this Privacy Policy, which has been drafted clearly and simply, to facilitate its understanding, and freely and voluntarily determine whether it wishes to provide its personal data, or those of third parties, to Iberosur.

3. MANDATORY FACILITATION OF THE DATA.

The data requested in the forms accessible from the Iberosur Website are, in general, mandatory (unless the opposite is specified in the required field) to fulfill the established purposes. Therefore, if they are not provided or are not provided correctly, they cannot be addressed.

4. FOR WHAT PURPOSE WILL IBEROSUR PROCESS THE PERSONAL DATA OF THE USER AND FOR HOW LONG?

5. WHAT USER DATA WILL IBEROSUR PROCESS?

In case of registration and / or access through a third party account, Iberosur may collect and access certain information from the User profile of the corresponding social network, only for internal administrative purposes and / or for the purposes indicated above.

In the event that the User provides data from third parties, he declares to have their consent and agrees to transfer to the interested party, the owner of said data, the information contained in this Privacy Policy, exempting Iberosur from any responsibility in this sense. For its part, the treatment carried out to carry out surveys and / or evaluations regarding the quality of the services provided by Iberosur and / or the perception of its image as a company will be carried out based on the legitimate interest of the person responsible.

8. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER

10. GEOLOCATION DATA

Some of the Iberosur App functionalities allow geolocation of the device (Tablet, Smartphone, etc.) in which it is installed.

The User may disable this option directly on the device itself, however, disabling this option may prevent the use of some of the App's features.

11. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

The User can send a letter to Iberosur, Calle Pinar Alto 29620 Torremolinos (Spain), or via email to the address info@iberosur.com , in both cases, with the Reference "Data Protection", attaching a photocopy of your valid identity document or passport, at any time and free of charge, to:

Revoke the consents granted.
Obtain confirmation about whether Iberosur is treating personal data that concerns the User or not.
